“You don’t find Willpower
you've got to make it”
Being Demotivated is arguably
one of the worst feelings within the world. Demotivation may be a category of
problems containing many variations.
Here's Why Demotivation Overwhelms Always:
1. PURPOSELESS WORKOUT
If you’re working out without
a purpose you are bound to go through the motions without any sense of
direction. You will be feeling as though you are doing things simply for the sake
of doing rather than working towards something you want.
It can be easily fixed. All
you have to figure out is- your main purpose and what is your main goal.
2. FEAR
When you are afraid, even if
you have chosen to exercise, a part of you is determined to avoid going
forward. Fear slows you down, makes you hesitant and careful.
To overcome fear start by
naming your fears so that they’re out in the open. Step by step you’ll start
overcoming your fear.
3. TOO BIG GOALS
Having a goal important. But
if your goal is too big, or very tough to achieve it means you are expecting
too much from yourself which leads to demotivation.
If your goal is small and easy
to accomplish then you’ll always feel motivated. Try to chase your goals one by
one and not all at once.
4. HABIT OF NOT DOING ANYTHING
If you are one of those who do
nothing even though they have plenty of tasks because they don’t feel like it
and when they sit down to do the work they feel demotivated.
Then you need to know the
truth- getting your life together is tough. You need to do tons of things you
don’t enjoy to achieve your target. So, sit down, relax, and just do it.
5. REFUSING TO PUSH YOUR LIMITS
It is when you are settling on
accomplishing less rather than pushing your limits and just doing it.
It is something that we all do
when we start to feel a little lazy or tired, but it is up to you to hold
yourself accountable. You are the only one you can count on.
6. MENTAL ILLNESS
You may be dealing with
full-blown depression, which can lead to hopelessness and a lack of enjoyment
in daily activities.
If you think you may be
dealing with a mental illness, it is important that you seek assistance
immediately.
7. ENGAGING IN SELF-SABOTAGE
In this, you tend to believe
that others don’t think you’re capable of achieving your goals, and you're
purposely sabotaging yourself and stop yourself from moving forward.
Sit down and write down a list
of your accomplishments, skills, and strengths. By this, YOU CAN SEE YOUR
VALUE.
EVEN THE BEST OF US BECOMES
DEMOTIVATED, BUT LIFE NEVER STOPS. IT WILL GIVE YOU VARIOUS WAYS TO BOOST YOUR
MOTIVATION. YOU JUST HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF FORWARD IN EVERY SITUATION, AND
DON’T LET THESE REASONS TO LOWER YOUR MOTIVATION.
